Our track record

The Firm has established itself as financial adviser to banks, regulatory authorities and a range of corporate clients in the property sector. 

MKO Partners is engaged by NAMA for the provision of advisory services including in connection with the independent review of borrower business plans. 
The Firm has also been engaged to provide forensic accounting support to an Irish retail bank, relating to property accounting and record keeping and to act as expert witness as part of a High Court case between the bank and a borrower.

The Firm is currently engaged by a Singapore based property advisory and private equity firm to provide property investment appraisal and debt advisory services.
